  • Change management function within projects – training, communication, business awareness and handover
  • People and culture change in operational areas

Product Details

The following products are available and have been delivered to clients.

  • Business & Management Skills Program - Certificate III, IV or Diploma of Business
  • Hypothetical Workshops - Tailored workshops with an underlying them and agenda
  • Communications - Modules from half a day to two days for staff, supervisors and managers on communications, meetings, facilitating, presentations and managing business tasks.
  • AussieHost - A one-day customer service workshop marketed by the Australian Retailers Association and Queensland Tourism Industry Council
  • Train the Trainer - One day Presentation skills course for operational staff taking on the role of trainer as part of a project roll out strategy.
  • Other - workshops and courses can be delivered
